NBA: The 76ers will resume fining Ben Simmons for not cooperating with team physicians regarding his mental health issues.

Soccer: Xavi Hernandez, who made 767 appearances for Barcelona as a player between 1998-2005, will return to the club as manager. Barca paid Al Saad $5.8 million to release Hernandez as their manager.

MLB: White Sox general manager Rick Hahn said that Tony La Russa will return as manager in 2022.
