NBA: Chris Paul reached his first NBA Finals by pouring in a postseason-career-high 41 points. The Suns made their first Finals since 1993 and will face the winner of the Hawks-Bucks, which is 2-2 with Game 5 on Thursday.

Wimbledon: No. 3 Elina Svitolina became the sixth Top 10 women’s seed to fall in the first two rounds with a 6-3, 6-4 loss to Magda Linette. Top-seeded Ashleigh Barty advanced, while unseeded American Shelby Rogers upset No. 14 Maria Sakkari. On the men’s side, No. 2 Daniil Medvedev, No. 4 Alexander Zverev, and No. 7 Matteo Berrettini each moved into the third round.

College World Series: Will Bednar pitched six scoreless innings as Mississippi State topped  Vanderbilt for the Bulldogs’ first national championship.

NHL: The Coyotes named Andre Tourigny as head coach.

Hoo boy, what a mess. Trae Young (foot) and Giannis Antetokoumpo (knee), unarguably the two most important players in this series, are questionable and out, respectively. The depths of these teams’ rosters will be tested, and with the public largely turning its back on the Bucks, we think their rotation is the one that emerges victorious.
